Payments & Invoicing:

The full price will be divided into a 1/3 (Rounded up) NON-REFUNDABLE initial payment which is required to hold your spot & cover materials, and a 2/3 (Or remainder) final payment. Shipping costs are invoiced separately once the suit is complete. Installments may be made of at least $100/month/payment. Payments must be made through either Square (can run a credit card), Cash app, PayPal, or postal money order. Western Union, Moneygram, and other money transfers will not be accepted. Cash can only be accepted at conventions or meet-ups in person.

The commissioner determines the amount of each installment, each payment sent must be at least $100. The first 1/3 payment must be complete before starting, and the final payment and shipping costs before shipping. Any project a commissioner has not fully paid off 30 days after completion (without communication) may be kept, refurbished and/or resold.

Please keep in mind that my workshop has both cats & dogs! If you want your suit quarantined it can be put in a sealed tub & only worked on after cleaning for a $100 fee, however it is encouraged that you consider another maker just to be safe. Quarantining will also void any deadlines.

   See the  Commission Process page.

Tips for making a DTD can be found on the  Commission Process page.

A DTD is required to be made for any fullsuit or 3/4 suit commission. DTDs must be created & sent at least a month proir to work beginning (usually when foamwork is started is the perfect time to send your DTD). Please remember to tape your DTD back together once you've cut it off! Untaped DTDs will add to your commission time and void deadlines, could possibly incur a fee of up to $150 (depending on how much work needs to be done to get the DTD in working condition), or may even need to be replaced completely. Please also mark your beltline for the tail and add your name and character's name somewhere visible.

Please specify if you would like your DTD returned with your suit to be used again!

Commissions are taken quarterly, with Q1 starting in January & ending in April, Q2 starting in April & ending in July, Q3 starting in July & Ending in October, and Q4 starting in October & Ending in January. This is an estimated time frame based on everything running smoothly, and may be affected by supply availablity & shipping, as well as recieving your measurements & approval of concept art/markings/foamwork. Please be sure to approve your concept art, foamwork, and bodysuit pattern ASAP to avoid any delays.

I do not guarantee deadlines for any projects, it is reccomended to wait until you have your finished project in-hand before you make plans for an event to ensure you have plenty of time to get used to performing with it, packing it, and cleaning it.

I work a set number of hours each week, I can work overtime and a rush fee of $20/hr can be charged to your account if you'd like to recieve your project sooner for a deadline, however there is NO guarantee and any overtime charges are non-refundable.

All suits are shipped as soon as possible after final payment and shipping fees are received. Shipping is done through United States Postal Service, but can be done through UPS or FedEx upon request. I am not responsible for your box once it is in the mail. Insurance for the price of the package (rounded up) is included with your shipping, but a refund can only be offered if USPS refunds the cost of the item(s) lost.

Shipping is done through USPS Priority or Express. Either shipping method includes a tracking number & is sent with insurance for the amount of the cost of the items (rounded up). Some international shipping options have a limit for insurance or even an extra tax for insured items, so please be aware that these importing laws that may affect the cost of your box! In the US, Priority arrives within 2-3 days, and costs around $70-120 depending on the size & weight of the costume. Express shipping arrives overnight, and costs around $100-180 depending on size & weight. Express shipping is limited to weekdays (including Friday) until 1pm ONLY. International shipping varies in price, but as far as speed goes the options are 3-5 days for Priority or 2-3 days for Global Express.

All suits are covered for 1 year after completion and will be repaired free of charge with the exception of shipping. The commissioner pays shipping out, return shipping will be covered. The warrantee only covers fixable damage, i.e. loose or unglued foamwork, missing teeth or claws, etc. Unfixable damage by mold, water, fire, etc. as well as intentional damage caused by the commissioner will not be fixed, replaced, or refunded. Small damage (Unglued pawpad, popped seam, etc.) can easily be fixed by the commissioner, instruction can be given if needed. After the 1 year period has expired, repairs will be priced on a case-by-case basis.  Refurbishing & editing is also available for suits by any maker!
